I'm Karen Balvin, a photographer in the very northern, very beautiful Trinity
Alps of California. I feel so fortunate to be able to do what I love and get
to share it with so many great people.
My goal as a photographer is to make the entire experience an amazing one for everybody involved. You will find during all contact with me that I am very professional, personable, capable and extremely organized with great attention paid to every detail.
My style is a mixture of photojournalistic, traditional and artistic photography.
Getting you fantastic photographs is my craft. Having you come away loving the images and being able to say that you had a great time and never had a worry, is my passion.
I have a million years (well, almost) of customer satisfaction experience and almost as many years working in all kinds of visual mediums including graphic art and interior design.
My photography career started in the 80's on the infield of a NASCAR racetrack. Talk about learning quick! People that know me now find that quite surprising as I really am quite the nature girl. Get me outside, where the real beauty is and I'm a happy camper.
